Engagement details

Engagement overview

When the same customer questions keep reaching your team, the cause may be missing information, unclear routing, or an unsupported handoff. We review those questions and the existing customer journey before configuring an assistant.

Where a chatbot is appropriate, we configure it to answer from approved business information, capture useful inquiries, and route uncertain or consequential questions to a person.

The aim is fewer avoidable interruptions and a clearer next step for the customer.

Optimize the trusted stack before introducing another one. We review the capabilities already available. If the existing system is the better fit, we discuss that before introducing another platform.

Included scope

The entry engagement covers:

  • One business and one website
  • One language
  • One client-owned Tidio/Lyro account
  • Up to 15 approved FAQs, using up to five supplied website pages
  • Basic brand voice and response guidance
  • One inquiry-capture form
  • One human-handoff route
  • Configuration using native platform features supported by the client’s plan
  • Website installation support
  • Launch testing and handoff notes
  • One consolidated refinement round

You provide accurate source content and approve the answers, inquiry fields, and handoff destination before launch. Substantial content development requires a separate scope.

What you receive

Configured customer assistant
A Tidio/Lyro configuration for the agreed website and use cases.

Approved FAQ source set
Up to 15 FAQs grounded in the supplied business information.

Response guidance and boundaries
Instructions covering voice, approved information, uncertainty, and matters requiring human attention.

Inquiry capture and handoff
One native inquiry form and one defined route to the appropriate person.

Testing and handoff notes
A record of launch checks, configuration notes, known limitations, and guidance for maintaining the approved information.

How the engagement works

  1. Examine the questions. Review repeated customer inquiries, existing answers, and current routing.
  2. Define the boundaries. Agree on what the assistant may answer, what it must capture, and what must reach a person.
  3. Prepare the content. Organize the supplied information and obtain approval for the FAQ set.
  4. Configure the experience. Set up answers, inquiry capture, and human handoff using the agreed native features.
  5. Verify the behavior. Test supported, uncertain, unsupported, and out-of-scope questions.
  6. Review and hand off. Complete the included refinement round and provide the agreed configuration and notes. You authorize launch.

Delivery and refinements

Please confirm the start date and platform requirements before purchasing. In all cases, we confirm the engagement in writing before work begins.

The configuration is ready for client review within five business days after the approved content, required access, and necessary platform subscription are ready, whichever occurs last. The delivery clock pauses while we await required client information, approval, or access.

Submit one consolidated refinement request within five business days of delivery. We return refinements within three business days of receiving that feedback. This round covers the agreed FAQs, guidance, form, and handoff route. New sources, flows, or requirements receive a separate quote.

Launch timing depends on client approval and any website changes the client or its provider must complete.

Platform and additional costs

The $300 entry engagement uses Tidio/Lyro. Required third-party subscriptions are paid by the client.

The account and plan must support the agreed features. We confirm those requirements before implementation. A different platform requires an agreed scope and quote.

What requires a separate scope

The entry engagement does not include:

  • Additional websites, businesses, or languages
  • More than 15 FAQs or five source pages
  • Additional forms, handoff routes, or custom conversation flows
  • Custom-coded applications or integrations
  • Transactional actions such as taking payment, changing orders, or making commitments
  • Substantial content writing or knowledge-base development
  • Ongoing monitoring, content updates, or maintenance
  • Guaranteed response accuracy or uninterrupted third-party service

Frequently asked questions

What does the $300 payment buy?
It buys the defined entry configuration, installation support, testing, handoff notes, and one refinement round. Platform subscriptions are paid separately.

Is this a custom-coded chatbot?
No. The entry engagement configures native Tidio/Lyro capabilities. Custom development requires a separate scope.

Can we use our existing platform?
We review that first. If it is the better fit, we agree on a scope before proceeding. The published $300 package specifically covers Tidio/Lyro.

Can it answer anything?
No. It is configured around approved information and defined use cases. Unsupported, uncertain, or consequential questions should route to a person.

Will it take actions on behalf of the business?
The entry scope covers answers, inquiry capture, and human handoff. Transactions, changes to business records, and commitments are outside this package.

Who maintains it afterward?
You receive the agreed configuration and handoff notes. Ongoing monitoring, content updates, and optimization can be scoped separately.

Ownership and access

You own your business content, customer data, and private operating intelligence. The Tidio/Lyro account is client-owned. LIMINAL retains ownership of its methodology.

We identify the required permissions, handoff materials, platform limitations, and available export formats before implementation. You control and may revoke access. Portability depends on the platform’s actual capabilities.

Who it is for

Small businesses, professional practices, founders, and service organizations receiving recurring customer questions or losing useful inquiries through inconsistent responses and unclear routing.

It is best suited to a small, well-defined set of questions supported by accurate business information and an available human escalation path.
