Evidence Intelligence organizes the supplied record around one defined matter or decision. We preserve source context, connect material events to their supporting records, and identify gaps or inconsistencies that need closer examination.

You receive a navigable evidence package that helps the appropriate person review the record and exercise judgment. Findings remain grounded in the material supplied; an incomplete record is identified as incomplete.

The entry engagement covers:

• Readable PDFs, documents, emails, or images containing legible text

We confirm how emails, attachments, spreadsheets, and other nonstandard files count toward the allowance before payment. Both the file and page limits apply.

A structured set of the supplied files, with consistent naming and a clear relationship to the original sources.

File-level evidence index
A navigable inventory identifying each file and its relevance to the defined matter.

Chronology with source references
A sequence of material events supported by references to the supplied record. Uncertain dates or conflicting accounts are identified.

Gaps and inconsistencies summary
A concise account of missing information, conflicting records, and questions that require further evidence or human judgment.

Package overview
A short guide to the assembled record, its structure, and its limitations.

1. Define the review. Establish the matter, intended audience, and decision the record must support.
2. Confirm intake. Check readability, source volume, and the agreed boundaries.
3. Organize the record. Classify files and build the evidence index.
4. Connect events to sources. Develop the chronology and relevant cross-references.
5. Review the evidence. Identify material gaps, inconsistencies, and limits in the supplied record.
6. Deliver for judgment. Provide the organized package for review by the client and any appropriate adviser.

Please confirm the start date and source allowance before purchasing. In all cases, we confirm the engagement in writing before work begins.

First delivery is due within seven business days after the agreed source set is received and accepted as complete. The delivery clock pauses while we await required client information or responses.

Submit one consolidated correction request within five business days of delivery. We return corrections within three business days of receiving that feedback. This round covers factual corrections, source-reference corrections, and clarification within the agreed record. New sources or expanded analysis receive a separate quote.

The entry engagement does not include:

• Additional matters or material beyond the agreed source allowance
• Audio or video transcription
• Extensive OCR, handwriting recovery, or document restoration
• External research or collection of additional evidence
• Forensic authentication or verification of source provenance
• Legal advice, legal strategy, or representation
• Expert testimony, legal filings, or a guarantee of admissibility
• Ongoing updates as new records arrive

What does the $500 payment buy?
It buys the defined entry package for one matter, within the agreed limit of 25 files and 100 pages. Expanded work is quoted separately.

What if I do not know how much material I have?
Discuss the source set with us before purchasing. We confirm how the material will be counted and whether it fits the entry scope.

Can you work with scans or photographs?
Yes, when the relevant text is legible. Material requiring extensive extraction, restoration, or handwriting recovery needs a separate scope.

Do you determine which account is true?
We organize the supplied record, connect claims to sources, and identify conflicts and missing evidence. Conclusions remain limited by the evidence available and the agreed scope.

Is this legal advice or representation?
No. Legal interpretation, strategy, and representation remain with the appropriate qualified professional.

Can you guarantee an outcome?
No. The engagement improves the organization and traceability of the record. It does not guarantee a legal, financial, or business result.
